1. Start adjusting the feeding mechanism of the tray, place the sample, and adjust the height of the feeding rod so that it can block the sample without rubbing against the surface of the turntable.

2. In the docking and conveying mechanism

(1) First, connect with the tray feeding mechanism and conveyor.

(2) Place the sample, adjust the guardrails at both ends, and then adjust the distance between the limit sheet metal on both sides and the upper end of the outlet. Enable the sample to pass through normally, but it can get stuck at the outlet (able to be hooked out by the conveying fixture).

(3) Adjust the position of the electric eye, and the electric eye at the top of the outlet should be adjusted to the output point, so that the docking and conveying can be kept open, and the samples can be hooked out one by one by the fixture.

3. Labeling agency.

(1) First, set the conveying speed (set in the servo drive in the electrical box).

(2) Adjust the position of the photoelectric eye so that the first fixture is aligned with the vacuum suction cup at the upper end.

(3) By adjusting the position of the fixture and the position of the vacuum suction cup cylinder. Within the error range, ensure that all 9 sets of fixtures (8 per set) can align with the vacuum suction cups (8 per set) (for more information, please consult Xinyongke)

(4) Adjust the position of the long cylinder and adjust the position of the fixture so that the 8 vacuum suction cups can be placed inside the fixture (within the error range).

(5) Adjust the air valve of the cylinder to ensure that all 8 suction cups move up and down neatly at the same speed. The vibration will not be too strong when moving far or near.

4. Electric box mechanism (labeling machine)

(1) When placing the film, align it with the center column and adjust the position of the electric eye next to it so that it can pull the film normally

(2) The central column should be clamped by both the lifting mechanism and the labeling mechanism at the same time, achieving a three-point (clamping intersection) line.

(3) Adjust the position of the electric eye to adjust the distance between the cutting disc, so that the labeling mechanism and center column can place the film exactly on the fixture. The fixture will not touch the mechanism above

5. The hair dryer outlet should be tilted.

6. The position of the camera should be adjusted so that the label film can be properly pressed in place.

7. The temperature of the electric shrinking furnace mechanism should be adjusted to shrink the film without wrinkling, and the temperature adjustment depends on the material of the film.
